Building a £20 million brand with purpose

Join Kate Prince, founder and CEO of Ancient + Brave, for an honest conversation about building a science-led wellness brand from her kitchen table into a £20 million business.

Kate Prince began her career as a solicitor at Simmons & Simmons before moving into media law at Harbottle & Lewis. She later joined the legal and commercial team at Endemol, working across a wide range of television formats.

Her entrepreneurial journey began when she and her husband, Simon, founded the luxury tea brand Prince & Sons. The experience sparked Kate's passion for formulation, brand building and creating beautifully designed, purpose-led products.

Driven by a deep interest in wellness and optimal health, Kate launched Ancient + Brave in 2018. What began around her kitchen table has grown into an award-winning wellness brand that turned over £20 million last year.

Ancient + Brave is recognised for its sustainably sourced collagen, functional supplements and nootropic blends. Its science-driven products are developed in-house by a team of innovators, scientists and nutritionists, and have built a loyal following that includes Davina McCall, Joe Marler and Dame Kelly Holmes.

Join us for an intimate Changemakers conversation with Kate as she shares the honest story behind building Ancient + Brave, from the early days around her kitchen table to scaling a £20 million purpose-led business. We'll also explore how the brand approaches sustainable growth, product innovation and the relationship between purpose and commercial success.
