About the instructor

David Taylor is a digital management consultant with 25 years’ experience of the media, garnered from a career in journalism, in-house media relations, PR, marketing, social media training and consultancy.

David has a proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive, multi-layered, nationwide communications strategy and plans to support digital transformation and business growth. Previous clients include JTI, Reckitt Benckiser, PwC, Grosvenor, BNP Paribas and the Federation of Small Businesses.

He is experienced in operating at Board level and collaborating with C-Level and below stakeholders to understand requirements and make strategic recommendations. He also has experience of marketing a company within FCA regulations.

Co-author of two books on digital marketing and social media he currently helps organisations to meet the challenges and opportunities posed by today's digitally-savvy customers using his trademarked 6-step DNAsix® digital business model.

And he has run hundreds of digital and social media training courses for over thousands of professionals in the UK as well as the US, France, Switzerland, Cyprus and Italy.
