This class will explore how social media can be used successfully by businesses and look at how to create a strong social media strategy for your enterprise. You will look at setting campaign objectives, identifying the target audience and the right channels, creating engaging content and managing your presence.

Felix is a Digital Marketing Consultant and part of the Interactive team at Accenture, a leading global technology consultancy. Felix is experienced in Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), implementing strategies that encompass both for clients, and consulting companies on their social media communications.
