Fabian Clark, Co-Founder of CLAW

Fabian Clark is the founder of CLAW, the food brand that focuses on Salcombe crab and other British seafood. CLAW started life slinging crab rolls at Kings X market in 2015, with the mission of encouraging Londoners to eat more crab and other British seafood. Trading at market stalls and festivals, to hosting pop-ups, CLAW got known for serving decadent seafood dishes made for sharing.

The whole idea relies on CLAW sourcing the best produce from right here in the UK. The oysters from Colchester, the fish from Brixham, the meat from Herefordshire, the veg from down the road at Covent Garden Market and of course the crab and lobster from Salcombe! They've now found a permanent home in Soho - make sure you try it!

Henry Milroy, Co-Founder of Pan-n-Ice

At age 20 Henry and Rob went backpacking around Thailand. On a drunken night out, they stumbled across a Thai Street food vendor making ‘Flash Freeze Ice Cream’. Having never seen this in the UK, they wanted to be the first to make this happen! They immediately came back to the UK and wanted to incorporate this theatrical & fresh concept behind a young, fun and flirtatious brand.

Three years down the line, Pan-n-Ice employs 130 members of staff, operates 10 locations across the UK and NYC in retail destinations such as Selfridges and Westfield, and has visions of one day being the largest ice cream brand in the world.
