This week’s Mentor Monday comes courtesy of entrepreneur Seymour Segnit, whose varied career has seen him work for advertising giants Ogilvy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi, a stint on British radio, and teaching as a ski guide. He is now the founder of Change That’s Right Now (CTRN), a company supporting those who suffer with serious phobias, which he started up in 2002.

Seymour believes that mentoring has been vital to all his projects. Failure is critical to success – the average millionaire has failed 16-17 times before they hit the big one – but learning along the way is what leads you eventually to make your dream a reality.
