#MentoringToGrow: how mentoring helps startups

If you've followed us for some time, you'll know that at Virgin StartUp we are huge fans of mentoring. We believe it's one of the most important factors in business success, and pride ourselves on our commitment to helping new entrepreneurs getting the chance to learn from established business figures.

Virgin Unite recently held a Google Hangout dedicated to discussing how mentoring can help startups develop and grow. It featured Jane Wurwand, the founder of Dermalogica - the world's leading skincare brand, pioneering an approach which brought cutting-edge science and technology to treatments; Timothy Nash, a future astronaut with Virgin Galactic; and Mei Shui, the MD of our own Virgin StartUp.
