The evening will cover:
Business planning. Creating a solid plan and you’ve given yourself the best possible start. We’ll talk about why it’s important, and how to create one that both maps out your business clearly and impresses anyone you pitch to.
Financial forecasts. It’s important to know where your money is coming from – and where it’s going. Forecasting helps you plan ahead, avoiding any bad cashflow surprises.
