We’re excited to be holding the Virgin StartUp Christmas Fair for the third year in a row! It’s a great opportunity for businesses supported by Virgin StartUp to come into the Virgin Management building, get their products in front of Virgin employees, and to get in the festive spirit.

We were thrilled to see so many businesses apply, but in the end we had to make some difficult decisions. The businesses that will be trading are…

Nu U Box

The Nu U Box is a subscription wellness box selling a variety of products to keep you living a healthy life. At the fair there will be promotional goody bags, plus the chance to sign up for a discount.

The Secret Pillow Project

Is it a pillow? Is it a quilt? It’s both – a beautifully patterned quilt that folds up into a pillow. The pillows sold by Secret Pillow Project are created by a network of women makers in India, who are developing in skills and confidence – creating the pillows empowers these women towards financial independence.

Kookcha

Bored of boring jam? Kookcha bring Afghan flavours to their jars, featuring flavours such as the intriguing Carrot and Cardamom.

Makeda Matheson

Makeda Matheson sells a range of delightful cashmere knitwear, including socks, accessories, and even knickers.

Maskorea

Korean skincare is big beauty news. Maskorea sell face masks to keep your skin glowing and refreshed.

McKinley & Paget

McKinley & Paget sell plant-based, handmade candles – with a focus on all-natural ingredients, they’re made entirely out of soy wax and essential oils.

Lucocoa

Lucocoa’s stylish, refined-sugar-free chocolate is single-origin – they’re London’s first bean-to-bar chocolate company.

The Datery

Merging ancient and modern techniques, The Datery create luxurious chocolate-covered dates.

Heaven + Hellthy

Heaven + Hellthy sell vegan, gluten-free chocolate-chip cookie kits for you to bake at home. Delicious!

A huge thank you to everyone who applied – it was amazing to be reminded of how many stellar VSU-supported businesses there are, and really difficult to whittle down the list. We look forward to welcoming the businesses above on 6th December!
